Its fresh and aromatic leaves have always been used in cooking to flavor fruit salads, cold drinks, ice cream, and various pastries. At Dobrote Dolenjske, we developed a rose-scented geranium liqueur by soaking the leaves in Kartuzija Pleterje fruit brandy and leaving the mixture in the sun for a few days.
